Live From #OccupyWallStreet – Video Stream

Occupy Wall Street started in New York City on September 17th and led by Adbusters Magazine. The initial call to action was a somewhat mysterious one, not much information was released about the organization of the demonstrations, intentions or plans other than to “Occupy Wall Street” in a similar fashion to the protests in Spain or even Egypt, that happened earlier this year where people camped out and organized. The events have gotten very little media coverage, it’s been pretty obvious that the major media outlets have purposely not reported the events but nevertheless, the meme has travelled around the city and across the country. Occupation events are now being organized in cities all over the U.S. and the protests are being supported by people from wide variety of cross-sections. These events show no signs of stopping and are growing, as are sadly, the reports of police brutality and the authorities disregard of the civic rights we are afforded in this country to speak up and organize protests.

If you’d like to tune in to some of the action, check out either of these two video streams which are broadcasting live daily throughout the day from the events.
